Meet with Human Resources to accomplish the required background check authorization form. We will provide you with the required form for the fingerprint appointment.

At the appointment with Human Resources, please provide a form of ID and payment for the OCSU Fingerprinting Fee (exact change or check made payable to "OCSU") :
- Employment: $13.25
- Contract Employment: $13.25
Attend a fingerprint appointment with the Sheriff Dept or Police Dept to have fingerprinting completed. There is a separate $35.00 fee at the Sheriff’s Office/PD. You will need to provide them with two forms of ID at their appointment.

Once the fingerprint appointment is completed with the Sheriff's Department or Police Department, you will need to provide Human Resources with a copy of the receipt for additional processing.

NOTE: If you are currently employed in another school district, a secondary dissemination request can be completed if those prints are less than 3 years old.

BG Checks from other agencies outside of "education" cannot be accepted.
